Our organization
On a surface area of 15.000 sq. m. surrounded by the Franciacorta hills, ALEPH ALUMINIUM DOORS & SYSTEMS is an Italian company from Brescia, specialized in the production of design interior doors Made in Italy.
The special connection with the territory makes us particularly aware of environmental issues and, to protect the area and its biological and natural resources, we work according to the 3R policy: recycle; reduce; reuse.
The leading material used is 100% recycled aluminum. Its characteristics are to be light, soft and oxidation resistant.
We work with renewable energy provided by our photovoltaic system. Every scrap material is transferred to plants for reuse.
Our evolving doors range, are innovative and stylish, as well as modern and suitable for every design need.
All of the processing takes place in our factory, which includes the Design Production and Assembly Workshop, the aluminum Anodizing Plant, the Finishing Plant and the Decoration Workshop.
ANODIZING PLANT
Anodizing aluminium combines the surface protection advantages with great aesthetic appearance. The plant’s skilful employees, boasting more than 30 years of experience, achieve sampled natural shades and colours.
DESIGN WORKSHOP
Each individual prototype is created in our “Design Workshop”, where ideas take shape by combining the creativity and experience of our associates with guaranteed attention to detail.
DECORATION WORKSHOP
Our Decoration Workshop uses ALUDECOR, an exclusive decoration system that reproduces wooden veins and any other pattern on aluminium, with the highest fidelity. Using decorated aluminium profiles combines the warmth and style of wood with the resistance, value for money, maintenance free and environmentally friendly features of aluminium.
FINISHING PLANT
State-of-the-art powder ensures the highest quality, sustainability and durability standards.
PRODUCTION AND ASSEMBLY
A perfect combination of age-old knowledge and technology. Efficient machinery ensures processing precision while our craftsmen guarantee the attention to detail.
